Welcome to TimeLight. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimeLight website (the "Site") and services provided by TimeLight (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

TimeLight provides a bespoke video creation service. Users upload personal photographs, which we then use to create a hand-crafted, emotive video designed for specific occasions. Videos are delivered digitally to the user upon completion.

2. User Submissions

By uploading photographs and other content to our platform, you confirm:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit all uploaded materials.

• The materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

• You grant TimeLight a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt your submitted content solely for the purposes of providing our Services.

In order to fulfill your order, we collect standard personal information including:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

This data is used solely for communication and delivery of your order, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4. Gallery Use

We take pride in our work and may wish to showcase completed videos (or excerpts thereof) in our public gallery or promotional materials.

By using our Services, you consent to TimeLight using portions of the video we create for you, or stills derived from your uploaded content, for marketing, promotional, and gallery display purposes on our website or social channels.

If you do not wish for your content to be used in this way, you must notify us in writing at the time of order or by emailing: info@snapmedia.digital .

5. Refund Policy

TimeLight aims to deliver your final video within 42 hours of receiving your complete submission. If we are unable to meet this deadline and have not contacted you to arrange otherwise, you will be eligible for a full refund upon request.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload any content that:

• Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• Contains viruses or other harmful code.

• Violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.

TimeLight reserves the right to refuse any submission that we deem unsuitable, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content created by TimeLight (including videos and associated elements) remains the intellectual property of TimeLight. Upon full payment, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share your video. Redistribution for profit or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• TimeLight is not liable for poor-quality submissions (e.g., low-resolution or damaged images) and the final video result will depend on the quality of the uploaded materials.

• While we take care with every project, we do not guarantee any specific emotional impact or outcome.

• Except as explicitly stated, all services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any new or modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK trade standards, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
